Daphne Nera is a premium dry red wine from Ktima Merkouri (Mercouri Estate), produced from 100% Mavrodaphne grapes in the PGI Letrini region of the western Peloponnese, Greece. Known for its complex, savory, and classy profile, it offers deep red fruit, spice, and woody notes. It has bright purple colour, green pepper, tobacco and leather aromas with velvet tannins and lasting aftertaste. It goes well with roasted
red and white meat, game, poultry, hard cheeses, etc. Its annual production is approximately 2,000 bottles
and has an ageing potential of 5-8 years.
