The Symington family has made port in the Douro Valley since 1882 and owns some of the most famous port houses. It is one of the largest vineyard owners in the Douro and a leader in sustainable viticulture.

Founded in 1820, Graham’s is one of the most respected port houses, famous for rich, full-bodied ports and outstanding vintage ports. Its home vineyard, Quinta dos Malvedos, sits on the banks of the Douro. Graham’s tawnies, aged in oak casks for 10 to 40 years, are among the most awarded in the world.
