Familia Torres

Familia Torres is a family-owned winery founded in 1870 in the Penedès, Catalonia, now run by the fourth and fifth generations. It is one of Spain’s most influential wine families.

Its Mas La Plana Cabernet Sauvignon beat leading Bordeaux wines at the 1979 Gault-Millau Wine Olympiad in Paris, and Familia Torres has been named the Most Admired Wine Brand in the world by Drinks International. It is also a leader in climate action and in reviving ancestral Catalan grape varieties.
